“Jenny has been an immeasurable help to me through major life transitions that stirred up old and unresolved wounds. She is a rare and special blend of genuine empathy and clinical expertise. Her capacity to listen deeply without judgement is potent medicine, and her skill set in EMDR has been profoundly life-changing for me. I am an authentic and empowered version of me that I could not have conceived of a few years ago, and I truly don't know how I would have done it without her guidance.”

“I can’t recommend Jenny enough for therapeutic services. She worked with my 15-year old through a tough year. Post-pandemic transition coupled with starting high school and handling relationships, he quickly connected with Jenny through virtual zoom sessions to work through anxiety issues. He honored the process and stuck it out for a year during which I saw tremendous improvements in his overall mood. We had tried therapy previously and hadn’t had much success. We found out that a solid connection is everything. He finally made headway. He now thinks: “therapy is the best thing ever.” ”
Amy, Mom of 15-year old boy
